To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of the sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

- Alle contracten moeten op de eerste dag van elke maand ingaan.
- We werken met contracten voor onbepaalde tijd, dus je kunt zo lang blijven als je wilt. Om je huurcontract te beëindigen, hoef je alleen maar
een opzegtermijn van 1 maand in acht nemen voordat je verhuist.
- Al onze contracten eindigen op de laatste dag van elke maand.
- Na ondertekening van het contract wordt een aanbetaling van 1.000 EUR gevraagd. Het bedrag staat vast, ongeacht de huurprijs en is
volledig terugbetaald zodra je verhuist.
- Let op: we vragen een vooruitbetaling van de LAATSTE maand huur, de eerste maand huur betaal je rechtstreeks aan ons op de dag dat je contract ingaat.
- We vragen een eenmalige lidmaatschapskosten van €150 bij ondertekening van het contract. Deze vergoeding dekt de administratieve kosten, inclusief het opstellen en verwerken van het contract.
