The shared spaces include a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together, and a spacious shared bathroom that features a relaxing bathtub, separate shower, and toilet. Additionally, there is a convenient extra guest toilet for added privacy.
Each bedroom is bright and airy, designed to create a comfortable living space with high ceilings and large windows. Rooms come fully furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a spacious wardrobe for all your storage needs, and a work-friendly desk with a comfortable chair, ideal for studying or remote work.
Residents also have access to a secure bike parking area in the basement, making it easy to explore the city by bike. The basement also houses a shared laundry room, equipped with multiple laundry machines and dryers, available for use with a small fee, ensuring convenience for all tenants.
Eimsbüttel is known for its lively, artistic atmosphere, lined with trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, making it a popular choice for young professionals. The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
