We stayed here for a month in July 2024. The house and property, in general, are quite spacious. We had plenty of room to store our things and relax after a long day. For us, the location was great—close to the airport and major roads, which made arrival and exploring very easy.
The place is really nice, surrounded by greenery, and conveniently accessible by car to the airport and the center of Ponta Delgada. The bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious with comfortable mattresses. On our last night, we noticed a cockroach (we later learned they are common on the island), so we called the host, who arrived promptly and resolved the issue. My suggestion would be to provide insecticide for guests.
This place is extremely well-maintained and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Worth every moment!
My boyfriend and I spent three months here, and we loved it! The community is super nice, everything is organized, and people are always willing to help and spend time together. There are yoga classes and workshops too. The island has lots of opportunities for hiking and being in nature; it's incredibly beautiful. I can recommend this place to everyone!

Situated just a 10-minute walk from central Ponta Delgada and conveniently close to the highway for exploring Sao Miguel, the location couldn't be better.
The cleanliness was impressive—maintaining such high standards in a humid climate is no small task, yet every corner of the house was spotless, thanks to the diligent cleaning team.

Amazing coliving; house, amazing garden, amazing pool with frogs and small kitten playing around. The people are all very friendly too. Honestly, one of the most human and nice places I've stayed at. The place would be even better if the room doors would just have a tad bit more isolation.
I recently stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The host was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated having a kitchen available for common use. There was also private parking on the property, which was a great convenience.
The aesthetics of the property were nice, and I particularly enjoyed the comfy hammock in the yard. The presence of cute cats added a charming touch to the environment. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to the airport. Overall, it was a great stay, and I was very satisfied with the amenities offered.
