Sonta é uma aldeia habitada por croatas, sérvios, húngaros, ciganos e muitos outros. Não te preocupes, aqui não há guerra. Está em segurança.
Foi lançado por membros do Centro de Cultura e Educação de Sonta, uma organização de jovens que trabalha há anos para criar uma comunidade melhor.
Reunimos nómadas digitais, trabalhadores remotos, activistas de ONG, artistas e muitos outros. Trabalhamos em pequenos grupos em projectos relacionados com a reconciliação, o interculturalismo e o desenvolvimento comunitário.
Se queres um lugar tranquilo para trabalhar na natureza, longe das multidões da cidade, este é o lugar certo para ti. A única coisa que se ouve aqui é o ladrar dos cães da aldeia e o som do comboio ao longe.
Para além dos projectos, também nos dedicamos a actividades agrícolas: cultivamos fruta, produzimos vinho e aguardente, comemos comida caseira saudável, compramos mantimentos aos vizinhos e, assim, ajudamos a aldeia.
Organizamos eventos, viagens ao rio Danúbio, cozinhamos juntos, convivemos e ajudamo-nos mutuamente nos negócios. Na aldeia, utilizamos outros espaços, como o clube de jovens, a sala de teatro e muitos outros espaços públicos.

Really enjoyed my stay at this coliving. Nikola and Sara were very welcoming and accommodating. The town is small but bike-friendly (there are bikes available for use). They always try to plan events and keep you busy, as well as help you get to know the locals whenever possible.
Great place to stay in nature. Kind hosts. Excellent food. Highly recommended!

I would like to go straight to:
1. They helped me with the way to the place. The owner gave advice on how to get there and gave a ride from the bus station to the coliving.
2. There are many options for grocery shopping and food preparation. . Separately, for large purchases, we went to the supermarket. Cooking on a campfire
A good and friendly place. I enjoyed my short stay here so much. I was here to create contacts and network for our norwegian coliving place opening later.
Next time I will come back to Sonta for coliving/coworking on a longer stay. The garden, the place, everything. The idea of real coliving is alive here.
