I found this to be one of the more affordable options in the area, and the flexible setup without a lease was convenient for a month-long stay. I chose it mainly because I have a small dog, and pet-friendly places are hard to come by. However, the overall living conditions left much to be desired. There was very little support or structure, and while I met some interesting people, it often felt disorganized. Sometimes, it got noisy and crowded due to the number of residents. I also felt uncomfortable knowing that resident profiles might be used to attract new tenants. I stayed in a small cabin out back, which felt cramped and had frequent issues, like rodents around the property, making me worry they’d get inside. The furnishings were in poor condition, including a bed that was sinking. In summary, it’s affordable and flexible, but it comes with the trade-offs of poor maintenance, lack of privacy, and limited stability. It’s suitable only if you’re in need of a short-term stay and can tolerate uncomfortable conditions.
A perfect place to stay!
Had a lovely time here. The staff has created a space where driven folks help each other out. 100% recommend it to startup folks, techies, and people with aspirations who are visiting Palo Alto.

I recently stayed at a coliving space and was impressed by the vibrant community and modern amenities. The atmosphere was friendly and collaborative, making it a perfect environment for both work and socializing.
A great place for entrepreneurs
Silicon Valley native living overseas for a while. My first time back in the Bay Area in 5 years, and I had to spend some time in Palo Alto. This was the perfect place. There was a 7-Eleven and a major grocery store just around the corner. Quiet area. All the people living at the coliving were very chill, very relaxed, and very respectful. Very cozy place, lots of space. Good kitchen for cooking. I went to a couple of tech and business events in the nearby area. I'm a Sunnyvale native in Silicon Valley, so I know the area well. This coliving is in a perfect location: quiet yet not too far from things like University Avenue, California Street, Stanford, and downtown Palo Alto.
