On the second floor, there is a 12 m² living room, a second bathroom of 4 m² and 2 bedrooms. The first one measures 13 m² and the second 21 m², with a contiguous private 3 m² dressing room. All the rooms of the apartment have multiple storage spaces and are rented all equipped to facilitate the tenants' arrival.
