Welcome in this superb duplex 137 m² apartment in the center of Lille! Refurbished, it is located at the last floor of a modern secure and equipped with an elevator residence built in the early 2010s. This apartment is composed of 11 rooms, as follows: on the first floor, you will find a 12 m² kitchen, a bathroom of more than 2 m², an independent toilet, and 4 bedrooms between 12 m² and 15 m². On the second floor, there is a 12 m² living room, a second bathroom of 4 m² and 2 bedrooms. The first one measures 13 m² and the second 21 m², with a contiguous private 3 m² dressing room. All the rooms of the apartment have multiple storage spaces and are rented all equipped to facilitate the tenants' arrival. This very spacious apartment is located in the heart of a hybrid neighbourhood, suitable for coliving and sharing. Both a residential and business district, you will find everything you need for your daily life. Bars, restaurants, but also supermarkets and sports halls are located at the foot of this modern building, while maintaining a calm atmosphere. You will reach the city center of Lille, its train stations and its large shopping center, in a few minutes, via the metro line 2 or the bus line 18.

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
