1. What happens after I submit a request?
Upon submission of your request, the host will have a period of 48 hours to review and respond. They may have additional inquiries or requirements before making a final decision to Accept or Decline the request.
2. When do I pay?
Payment is typically due upon acceptance of the request by the host. The host will collect the sum of "Due on approval".
3. What booking fees does Coliving.com charge?
Coliving.com does not impose booking fees on residents. Our platform is free to use for those seeking coliving accommodations.
4. What about security deposit?
If the host asks for a security deposit, it is pre-paid to cover possible loss or damage. The security deposit is refunded directly by the host after the end of the stay.
5. What if I regret my booking?
If you decide to cancel your booking before payment is made, you may do so without incurring any fees. Once payment has been made, the Cancellation Policy will apply.

Extra cleaning (monthly)
The cleaning service includes: Cleaning of the general areas once a week for each room that is being occupied in the property, which includes surface cleaning, walls and floors, cleaning of communal bathrooms, kitchen, and replenishment of amenities. Each room is cleaned once a week, which includes the washing and drying of linens (beds, towels). General cleaning of the room and bathroom. Replacement of amenities.
