Belgrade is a hip city in Serbia, with an amazing nightlife scene and lots more to tempt digital nomads into the city. Although the trend for coliving spaces hasn’t been properly established here, it’s on the rise. The Internet is fast and reliable, and you can achieve a great quality of life. It’s easy to get around Belgrade. The efficient public transport system includes trams and buses, and you can also grab a taxi for a reasonable price. During your stay, you can choose from several different coworking spaces if you need a change of scenery while you get some work done. When you have some free time, wander down the Kneza Mihaila pedestrianized street, lined with unique little boutiques, down to Republic Square, to take in some amazing art deco and art nouveau architecture. Other sights to see include the Belgrade Fortress and the Temple of St. Sava. Many of the neighborhoods in Belgrade are teeming with authentic cafes and cozy restaurants, offering delicious food and coffee at very reasonable prices.

Belgrade is not one of the major digital nomad destinations, but it is a cheap, convenient, and comfortable city to spend a few days to a few weeks in. It’s slightly lacking in coliving spaces, but that’s changing as more options become available.
