Responsibilities

Requirements
在市场或 SaaS 公司担任过 3 年以上的产品经理。
具备领导技术团队和管理跨职能项目的能力。
具有较强的分析能力，在 A/B 测试、数据分析和 KPI 方面经验丰富。
拥有优化市场动态（供需平衡、定价、入职等）的经验。
了解用户体验/用户界面最佳实践，具备与设计师合作的能力。
熟悉自动化、集成和扩展技术产品。
出色的沟通技巧和利益相关者管理。
拥有敏捷方法（Scrum/Kanban）方面的经验。
有社区生活、物业技术或房地产平台背景者优先。
