Living off-campus in a highrise building makes things different. Our residence centrally and ideally located at the heart of George Washington University, putting things you want practically outside your door. This highrise residence offers a gym, secured entrance and elevators, and only steps away from Foggy Bottom subway station. We have 2 types of rooms.
1. Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.
2. The Flex Basic is our most budget-friendly option. It has a single size bed and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. It is, however, a private area and is not open to anyone else. Flex Basic, on the other hand, is quite on demand for a couple of reasons. Analyzed on a price & performance analysis, it is a very efficient option and costs less than 25% of a deluxe room. Best option to enjoy Harrington quality, living highrise building and staying Downtown DC while paying less.
