We’re a 14 person coed community in San Francisco one block from Alamo Square and a 10 minute walk to Hayes Valley. Our goal is to create a supportive community that fosters belonging while offering affordable rent.

THE APARTMENT
While your sleeping quarters is small, there is lots of common space including:
A large kitchen to handle your cooking needs.
3 full size bathrooms
A gigantic dining room table to enjoy communal meals.
Several desks for working
Lots of comfy couches for chillaxing and connecting with your roommates.
High speed internet

YOUR SLEEP POD
Each cozy pod comes with an 8" thick memory foam mattress, heavy down comforter, electrical outlets and lighting. Our twin XL mattresses comfortably sleep anyone 6’5” or shorter.
