وبفضل موقعنا وتعطشنا للموقع، نحن مركز عظيم للمواهب والأفكار والتعايش بين الجدران والمتعة. يكوّن المستأجرون علاقات تدوم مدى الحياة مع بعضهم البعض وكذلك مع ضيوفنا وشركائنا الذين يلعبون ألعاب الحديقة في فنائنا الخلفي، ومخرجين شباب يعرضون أفلامهم في غرفة الطعام لدينا، ومستثمرين ملائكيين يتوقون للقاء الشباب المحترفين، والكثير والكثير من الأشخاص الآخرين غير المتوقعين والمثيرين للاهتمام والمذهلين.
