If you're deciding whether to stay here, I highly recommend it without hesitation. Despite commuting 4 hours daily between Fremont and San Francisco, I’ve never regretted not living closer to work. The value of this coliving space far exceeds any rent. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s about the community. From promising founders and software engineers to designers, an influencer, a non-profit advocate, and even a chocolate boy (a food scientist at the Ghirardelli chocolate factory, as I like to call him), the residents truly embody the diverse spirit of San Francisco. It’s not just a hacker house full of tech bros; it’s a community where we’ve all learned from others with different backgrounds and gained a deeper understanding of the city from people who represent it in various ways. Interacting with these amazing individuals daily was an invaluable experience, something I couldn’t have found elsewhere.
Plus, this house is wonderfully international, with residents from all over the world—Germany, Ukraine, China, India, the UK, and Korea, where I’m from—making me feel like I truly belong here, never like an outsider. The house was full of laughter and warmth—everyone truly supported one another, brightening each other’s day. Personally, I grew a lot while receiving invaluable career mentorship from industry and community leaders (thank you, Kathy, Yiwei, Jan, Nav, and Rahul), sharing nightly laughs (thank you, Molly, Whitman, Dylan, and Austin!), and getting lifelong emotional support, like being invited to grab ice cream when I was feeling down or going for a walk to get some fresh air (thank you, Josh, Bihan, Nav, and Lana!). I had good friends before, but I can't think of anyone better than this group; I enjoyed and appreciated spending time with each and every one of them.
I will never forget the moments I had in this house. If I could, I wouldn’t want to move out. That’s how much I loved this house and the people here. But life moves on, and even though I didn’t expect it to come so quickly, my time to move out has now arrived. This experience has inspired me to dream of creating my own coliving space someday and to continue building friendships like those I made here throughout the rest of my life. These months of coliving have truly changed my vision, values, and how I see the world.
Thank you to each and every one of you for giving me the best memories during my time here. A special thank you to Josh—none of this would have been possible without you. I was truly impressed by your dedication to this place and community—not just because you quickly responded to house maintenance issues, but also for giving up your spot for a housemate to go to Muir Woods, cleaning the kitchen without a single complaint, and sharing your genuine smile when you saw people having fun. I can’t wait to see where you all land next—see you all very soon! 😊❤️
I stayed here for a month when I first moved to SF as a college new grad, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is great, super close to many restaurants in Chinatown and North Beach, and it’s a nice walk to the Financial District, where I work. All the common areas are kept very clean, which is so important when so many people are sharing the space.
The community is unbeatable. I loved hanging out in common spaces and going on random adventures with other people in the house. I went to many new restaurants, hiked, went out, and explored neighborhoods I had never been to with people here. I’ll miss hanging out with everyone I met there, and I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking to meet cool people from all over.
I lived here for a couple of months and had a great experience! The community of people is so welcoming and fun. Josh is the best landlord I've had yet; he is very on top of any maintenance needs (which are infrequent) and makes an effort to make sure everyone feels at home. The shared spaces are very clean, and the backyard and living room are homey. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone young and new to the city.
This place is amazing! Great location and neighborhood. Everything is so close! Groceries, coffee shops, UPS, and more 1 block away. What is even more important - there is an amazing community here and the management team is extremely friendly and nice. Thanks for such an awesome stay!
When I moved to San Francisco without knowing anyone, I decided to try out this coliving. Cleaners come to clean the kitchen twice a week and the bathrooms once a week, so there are no roommate arguments over who isn't doing their fair share of cleaning. Trust me, the peace of mind that comes from not worrying about communicating with roommates about keeping spaces clean is priceless.
Another thing I really like is not having to think about buying supplies or remembering to pay utilities. Everything is included.
Best coliving in San Francisco! The shared spaces are clean and well-maintained, and the community makes it feel like home. Plus, the location is fantastic. I've made some great connections and really enjoy the events organized here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable coliving experience.
Epic. If you’re young and looking for some great people to have some great times with, this is the place to be.
I looked forward to going home and hanging with my roomies for the month I lived here. The rooms are also on a different floor from the common room, so I’ve never been bothered by noise.
It’s a great way to discover SF. People plan activities, and you have a pre-made group of folks to have a fun time with. This neighborhood is fab and well connected.
It’s a special place.
This was a great experience!! This is the best stint I’ve ever had in SF and it was definitely thanks to the environment and people here. Shoutout to Josh!
I stayed here for about eight months just to save some money, but I ended up leaving with lifelong friends. I’m incredibly grateful to have lived here. This place is really unique with lots of amenities. Personally, I made good use of the sauna and exercise equipment. The community consists of young and ambitious adults from all around the world. Josh, the owner, strikes a great balance between friendliness and professionalism and is quick to address any concerns or issues. It might be slightly more expensive than some other coliving spaces, but for a good reason: it definitely offers a premium coliving experience in San Francisco. Don’t overthink it; you will be happy here!
While I'm excited for my next adventure, a part of me wishes I could stay here forever. If you're considering coliving, especially in SF, I can't recommend it enough. It's more than just great housing with great people – it's a launchpad for personal growth and a place to find your friends in a new city.
