Met onze locatie en onze honger zijn we een machtige hub voor talent en ideeën, die van muur tot muur samenwonen en plezier hebben. Huurders vormen levenslange relaties met elkaar, maar ook met onze gasten en partners die gazonspelletjes spelen in onze achtertuin, jonge filmregisseurs die hun films vertonen in onze eetkamer, investeerders die staan te popelen om jonge professionals te ontmoeten, en vele, vele andere onvoorspelbare, interessante en verbazingwekkende mensen.
