ماذا نعني بالانتشار الواسع؟
أجنحة لومي هي أماكن إقامة واسعة ومجهزة تجهيزاً جيداً، وتقع في الغالب في وسط المدينة. شقق مشتركة للبدو الرحل
الرقمية، والطلاب، والمسافرين من رجال الأعمال والمسافرين.
#LomiHouseLorenzo1 هو أول قمر صناعي لمشروعنا. مبنى بمساحة 210 م2 في قلب مدينة تورينو بأربع غرف: سول (غرفة مشتركة تستوعب حتى 10 أشخاص)، وجاز (غرفة خاصة مع حمام وإمكانية مشاركتها حتى 3 أشخاص)، وجانغل (غرفة خاصة مع حمام) وأوربان (غرفة خاصة) ومطبخ مشترك. شقة في قلب المدينة، على بُعد خطوات قليلة من ساحة كاستيلو وفيا روما وفيا بو وفيا غاريبالدي، متصلة بشكل جيد جداً بالمواصلات العامة والمحطة وقريبة من مناطق الجذب السياحي الرئيسية في تورينو: المتحف المصري والقصر الملكي ومسرح ريجيو ومول أنتونيليانا.
#LomiHouseSiccardi4 هو ثاني مبنى تم تجديده وتأثيثه بشكل جيد في تورينو، ويتكون من جميع الغرف الخاصة التي تطل كل منها على شرفة خاصة. يوجد حمّامان تم تجديدهما حديثاً ومطبخ مشترك واسع مزوّد بجميع الإكسسوارات لجعل إقامة الجميع أكثر متعة. كما هو الحال دائماً، تشمل بياضات الأسرّة والمناشف. موقع مناسب جداً للمواصلات ومحطة بورتا سوسا.
نحن نؤمن أن المشاركة هي أكثر ما يُثري الإنسان، أياً كان عمره وبغض النظر عن خلفيته الاجتماعية، خاصةً إذا كانت بين أجيال وثقافات مختلفة.

I recommend putting a sign or an indication outside the building, it took us a while to understand that we had to enter the giant door because the street number is very high up and you don't notice it immediately.

Fantastic meeting room, excellent lunch and crazy terrace. The whole project is a marvel, in the center of the city there is nothing comparable. If I could, I would gladly live here given the diverse community it attracts from all over the world.

I recently stayed for a month here and found it to be exceptionally convenient for hosting large gatherings. The communal spaces were inviting and spacious, making it easy for everyone to socialize and enjoy the company. What I appreciated most was the sense of community that made us guests feel connected and welcome.
We had a lovely stay at this coliving! The host is such a kind and warm person, and the location is excellent - just a short walk from the train station with easy access to the rest of the city. The environment was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming for living and working.

Very friendly owners and a beautiful place, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The old dog is lovely and the sunny terrace is perfect to relax. Highly recommended if you are on a budget or just enjoy the backpacker vibe!
