Lomi Satellites sind geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkünfte, die sich überwiegend im Stadtzentrum befinden. Wohngemeinschaften für Nomaden

#LomiHouseLorenzo1 ist der erste Satellit unseres Projekts. Eine 210 m2 große Struktur im Herzen von Turin mit vier Zimmern: Soul (Mehrbettzimmer für bis zu 10 Personen), Jazz (Privatzimmer mit Bad und der Möglichkeit, es mit bis zu 3 Personen zu teilen), Jungle (Privatzimmer mit Bad) und Urban (Privatzimmer) und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Eine Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt, nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza Castello, Via Roma, Via Po und Via Garibaldi, sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Bahnhof verbunden und in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Turin: Ägyptisches Museum, Königspalast, Teatro Regio , Mole Antonelliana.
#LomiHouseSiccardi4 ist die zweite renovierte und gut ausgestattete Struktur in Turin, bestehend aus allen privaten Zimmern, jedes mit einem privaten Balkon Blick. Zwei neu renovierte Bäder und eine geräumige Gemeinschaftsküche mit allem Zubehör, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wie immer sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher inbegriffen. Sehr günstige Lage zu den Verkehrsmitteln und dem Bahnhof Porta Susa.
Wir glauben, dass das Teilen das ist, was einen Menschen jeden Alters und unabhängig von seiner sozialen Herkunft am meisten bereichert, besonders wenn es zwischen verschiedenen Generationen und Kulturen stattfindet.

Spectacular! One of the most beautiful places in Turin.
I recommend putting a sign or an indication outside the building, it took us a while to understand that we had to enter the giant door because the street number is very high up and you don't notice it immediately.

Fantastic meeting room, excellent lunch and crazy terrace. The whole project is a marvel, in the center of the city there is nothing comparable. If I could, I would gladly live here given the diverse community it attracts from all over the world.

I recently stayed for a month here and found it to be exceptionally convenient for hosting large gatherings. The communal spaces were inviting and spacious, making it easy for everyone to socialize and enjoy the company. What I appreciated most was the sense of community that made us guests feel connected and welcome.
We had a lovely stay at this coliving! The host is such a kind and warm person, and the location is excellent - just a short walk from the train station with easy access to the rest of the city. The environment was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming for living and working.

Very friendly owners and a beautiful place, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The old dog is lovely and the sunny terrace is perfect to relax. Highly recommended if you are on a budget or just enjoy the backpacker vibe!
I stayed in this coliving for about six months. It is cleaned regularly, twice a week, and is conveniently located near various grocery stores. Additionally, it has excellent access to public transportation, including bus stations and the metro.
