Lomi Satellites are spacious and well-appointed accommodations, predominantly located in the city centre. Shared apartments for nomads
digital, students, business travelers and travellers.
#LomiHouseLorenzo1 is the first satellite of our Project. A 210 m2 structure in the heart of Turin with four rooms: Soul (shared room for up to 10 people), Jazz (private room with bathroom and possibility of sharing it up to 3 people), Jungle (private room with bathroom) and Urban (room private) and a shared kitchen. An apartment in the heart of the city, a few steps from Piazza Castello, Via Roma, Via Po and Via Garibaldi, very well connected by public transport and the station and close to the major tourist attractions of Turin: Egyptian Museum, Royal Palace, Teatro Regio , Mole Antonelliana.
#LomiHouseSiccardi4 is the second renovated and well-furnished structure in Turin, made up of all private rooms, each with a private balcony view. Two newly renovated bathrooms and a spacious shared kitchen complete with all the accessories to make everyone's stay more pleasant. As always, bed linen and towels included. Very convenient location for transport and Porta Susa station.
We believe that sharing is what most enriches a human being, of any age and regardless of his social background, especially if it occurs between different generations and cultures.
Lomi is a shared life experience in the setting of wonderful apartments in the center of Turin. An inclusive and stimulating project, which offers private rooms and multifunctional common spaces.

I recommend putting a sign or an indication outside the building, it took us a while to understand that we had to enter the giant door because the street number is very high up and you don't notice it immediately.

Fantastic meeting room, excellent lunch and crazy terrace. The whole project is a marvel, in the center of the city there is nothing comparable. If I could, I would gladly live here given the diverse community it attracts from all over the world.

I recently stayed for a month here and found it to be exceptionally convenient for hosting large gatherings. The communal spaces were inviting and spacious, making it easy for everyone to socialize and enjoy the company. What I appreciated most was the sense of community that made us guests feel connected and welcome.
We had a lovely stay at this coliving! The host is such a kind and warm person, and the location is excellent - just a short walk from the train station with easy access to the rest of the city. The environment was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming for living and working.
