نشأت ساميسامي من خلال رغبتنا في بناء مكان قائم على الإبداع والمجتمع ويمكن أن يوفر طريقة مختلفة للعيش. وبالإضافة إلى إنشاء مكان يمكن للناس أن يستريحوا فيه ويبدعوا وينتموا إليه/ينتموا إليه، أردنا أن تنعكس قيمنا الشخصية في المشروع بأكمله - الاستدامة والمجتمع والاحترام والتنوع والمشاركة والاقتصاد المحلي والدائري والفن والثقافة - على أمل أن يصبح حلاً قابلاً للتطبيق لبعض أكبر التحديات التي نواجهها اليوم.
