The place is just as advertised. The staff is super accessible. I forgot a makeup kit, and they kindly kept it for a week. Thank you so much!
I liked several things about this place:
1) The flexibility to stay for days, weeks, or even months, without any strict minimum or maximum duration. You decide your length of stay.
2) The quick process. You sign a contract, make a deposit, and you’re welcome even on the same day.
3) The deposit is more affordable compared to many other places.
4) The entrance is monitored by security personnel, which gave me a sense of safety and trust, especially when arriving late.
5) The staff were friendly and kind to me and my partner.
6) Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and solutions were provided quickly.
7) There’s a small supermarket, pharmacies, and various grocery and food stores around.
8) The area is generally quiet.
9) It's well-connected with public transportation.
Things to consider:
1) Parking has an extra cost, but the streets nearby are peaceful and there are no parking meters. I assure you it's safer to leave your car outside than in busier areas like Roma, Condesa, or Narvarte.
2) It's not close to Condesa. If walking, it takes almost 40 minutes, depending on your pace. By public transport, it can take 25-30 minutes due to traffic in Tacubaya, and by car, it takes 20-25 minutes.
3) Although this street is quiet and safe, the surrounding area is less so.
4) Personally, it's a bit more expensive compared to other places when considering space and location. A slightly more economical option would be perfect.
5) Consider that the deposit ranges from $3,500 to $10,000, depending on the length of your stay.
6) I felt that some items, like the mattress, had considerable wear and I didn't sleep well.
7) Basic items like utensils, sheets, and pillows are not provided.
In conclusion, I would stay here again because it’s a safe, reliable, and easy place to stay. You can book via Airbnb or in person. I recommend booking in person for better communication and potentially lower costs.
I found this place for a temporary three-month work trip, so I got to experience it thoroughly. The highlights are definitely the flexibility and excellent attention. There was always someone available to respond or offer a solution. Whenever I needed to move, extend my stay, or change the cleaning schedule, they always had a positive and helpful attitude. The staff is truly incredible. I appreciate these months for making me feel at home. I will miss those Thursday meals and the accompanying Mezcal.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of food options nearby, so you can explore the surrounding blocks. Just don't venture too high up to avoid any inconveniences.
By the way, there's a really good sushi place downstairs with great staff. The chef is fantastic. The location is strategic due to its proximity to Nápoles, Condesa, Hipódromo, etc. Just take an Uber and avoid walking under the bridge.
The access is very simple, as it's through an app, so you always have control at your fingertips and an Alexa to manage the apartment. Many thanks to the whole team!
Súper recomendable 🙂
**Mexican hospitality at its finest.** The staff truly cares about ensuring you enjoy your stay and meeting all your needs. The business is very modern, making your mobile device the key to your stay. You have the luxury of using Uber or ordering food via mobile, but if you're looking to learn the area, you need to get out and discover the local businesses, which is great cardio. This spot is for those who truly want the Mexican experience, not for the Mexico City novices. On Thursdays, the family meals are the best and a great opportunity to meet your local neighbors. I love the co-working space, as it has all I need to get connected and up and running online. I'm looking forward to calling this home for now. Ciao!
Excellent service from the staff, highly recommended.
I had a pleasant experience staying here. The staff were very friendly, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a very peaceful place, highly recommended.
I found the place very pleasant and all the staff were really attentive. It's well located and has everything you need close by, including a workspace and a gym ✨
I switched from another Airbnb to this coliving space pretty last minute and have been very content with my time here. Francisco has been very responsive and helpful. Erika is super warm and friendly; she showed me around and made me feel quite welcomed upon arrival and throughout my stay. Vanessa kindly walked me to the metro and helped me with the metro system; her assistance was invaluable. This coliving has an easily accessible gym. My room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. All in all, it's been a worry-free and seamless experience. I don't know much Spanish and had no trouble at all. I do wish I knew more, though, so I could chat with more people here.
The best place I've ever stayed!
The most friendly and welcoming team of administrators, always ready to help and provide everything you need. Recently, the administration started organizing regular rooftop lunches on Thursdays, which are fantastic opportunities to meet new people over a drink.
Downstairs, there's a small café with excellent Chinese cuisine, and you can always ask them to prepare something off-menu.
Regular weekly cleaning makes life much easier and more comfortable.
The rooms vary from the smallest and coziest to huge, two-story units. Each room comes with its own kitchen, fridge, dishes, and a TV connected to the internet so you have access to Netflix, YouTube, and more. Each room also has Alexa (Amazon's smart system) which you can use for voice commands to control lights and music, though it doesn't understand Russian. Personally, I only played with it a couple of times.
Everything is very technological and modern. For example, you can control your room from your phone—mostly for opening the door and turning lights on and off. It's really cool! No more keys or cards that are easy to lose—your phone is always on hand. And if your phone dies, security can help you open the door.
Speaking of security, there's a guard on duty 24/7 who opens the two doors for you, so the safety is excellent. I left my belongings, including a laptop, phone, guitar, and electronics, in the coworking space, and everything was completely safe. People bring their PlayStations and monitors there and leave them without any worries.
Most importantly, the internet is excellent! Finding such stable and fast internet in Mexico City is almost impossible, but they combine a local provider with Starlink. There are two routers on each floor and wired gigabit internet in the coworking space with good upload speeds.
A minor downside is that the interior design of the rooms slightly reminds me of a hospital. However, I lived here for almost eight months and simply draped a grey fabric over the wall, making it cozier. Green is the color of tranquility, so you get used to it quickly.
I lived all this time in the smallest, coziest loft, and even though I'm almost 2 meters tall, it was fine.
Overall, I highly recommend it.
