We understand that you enjoy calm surroundings with a touch of vibrancy, which is why our accommodation is in a fantastic location: nestled in the heart of Murcia’s countryside, surrounded by orange and lemon groves, yet just a short walk from the city center.
Here, you’ll enjoy a spacious private room, though we prefer to call them studios.
These are bright, well-equipped private spaces of about 20 square meters, designed for both relaxation and productivity.
This setup allows residents to organize their workday within the same environment where they live, without the need for makeshift arrangements. The studios' size and functionality make them ideal for those who value focus and autonomy.
Many digital nomads also strive to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
In this respect, direct contact with nature offers the perfect setting to unplug at the end of the day.
Whether it’s a walk through the orchards, time spent outdoors, or simply opening the window to take in a green landscape, the connection to nature adds real value for those in search of more human-centered spaces.

La Arboleja
La Arboleja is a small village located in the area known as the "new huerta" (market garden), part of the municipality of Murcia, Spain. It has a population of just over 2,000 residents and offers a peaceful, rural atmosphere while remaining close to the city.
One of the area's most iconic features is the Paseo del Malecón, a historic walkway officially recognized as a Site of Cultural Interest. Elevated three meters above the ground, it stretches more than 1.5 km along the western edge of Murcia, connecting the city center with the lush landscapes of the huerta. It's long been a favorite spot for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery.
La Arboleja’s traditional charm comes from its patchwork of small agricultural plots, where typical huertano homes are nestled among fruit orchards and vegetable gardens. In recent years, a number of modern villas have been built here, blending seamlessly into the landscape of orange and lemon trees, peach and apricot groves, and fields of fresh produce like tomatoes and peppers.
The neighborhood also offers local shops and restaurants that serve classic huertano cuisine—simple, flavorful dishes made with fresh local ingredients, often prepared with just a touch of olive oil.
While Bus Line 7 connects the area to downtown Murcia, the best way to get around is by walking or cycling, letting you enjoy the natural beauty and relaxed pace of this unique neighborhood.
