If you're a digital nomad looking for accommodation in Spain, specifically in Murcia, we'd like to introduce you to a special place where you can balance your personal life and work seamlessly.

This is a creative and tech-friendly space available for temporary rental, ideal for digital nomads seeking a spacious, comfortable place to live and work in a peaceful yet well-connected environment.

We understand that you enjoy calm surroundings with a touch of vibrancy, which is why our accommodation is in a fantastic location: nestled in the heart of Murcia’s countryside, surrounded by orange and lemon groves, yet just a short walk from the city center.

Here, you’ll enjoy a spacious private room, though we prefer to call them studios.

These are bright, well-equipped private spaces of about 20 square meters, designed for both relaxation and productivity.

This setup allows residents to organize their workday within the same environment where they live, without the need for makeshift arrangements. The studios' size and functionality make them ideal for those who value focus and autonomy.

Many digital nomads also strive to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.

In this respect, direct contact with nature offers the perfect setting to unplug at the end of the day.

Whether it’s a walk through the orchards, time spent outdoors, or simply opening the window to take in a green landscape, the connection to nature adds real value for those in search of more human-centered spaces.

You’ll also have the chance to live alongside other residents from various countries who share similar interests and a love for this lifestyle.

It also features an Audiovisual Hub equipped with cutting-edge virtual production technology—an optimal environment for creating digital content.

It is in a quiet corner in a neighborhood near the city; you only have to follow the promenade by walking or cycling to reach the city center. Coliving ideal for artists and especially for musicians, as it is a few minut…

Top Questions

Will I have privacy?

All rooms are private and have locks on the doors, so you'll maintain your privacy in your room at all times.

Are pets allowed?

Our cat, Tiru, lives in our residence. He's a very calm animal and tends to win the affection of the residents. If you bring a pet, we'll need to assess the coexistence between both animals. Therefore, pets are allowed in advance, but we must approve it in advance.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

The rooms are designed to be shared with couples or friends, but the additional charges for an extra guest, as established in the rates, will apply. Therefore, we would be happy to welcome both of you.

Is there a designated space for work?

All studio rooms have a large table and swivel chairs, as they are spacious, measuring approximately 20 square meters. They also have Ethernet and Wi-Fi access. In common areas such as the living room, the hall, and the outdoor terrace, we have numerous corners equipped with tables and chairs for working with a laptop, and we also have excellent Wi-Fi.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

My partner and I are artists and the hosts of the residence. We live upstairs with our 11-year-old son. Our studios are on the ground floor, along with the residence, so you can meet other artists, digital nomads, students, professionals, and travelers and share wonderful experiences. You'll also have private moments and relaxation in your room.
