I rented a room through a coliving for four months and it was great! The apartment was clean and it was easy to make payments and move in and out. I got along well with my roommates and never had any issues with them using my things. If I had any issues with the apartment, I could submit a ticket through their app and they would get back to me in a timely manner. The coliving makes subletting easy; I would definitely recommend.
