The bedrooms are exceptionally large, each comparable to a master bedroom according to current tenants. They feature private, lockable wardrobes with ample storage for up to three large suitcases and four shelves for personal items from laptops to toiletries.
Additional amenities include designated fridge space for four individuals with individual dry food cubbies, an indoor laundry room, and a prime location in the heart of Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley.

Community events happen organically via current housemates and the money saved on rent, utilities, cleaning, and amenities offered with the low monthly rent costs.
Housemates find the community here in the music studio room, Theatre-recreational Garage room, dance mirror back yard, Shaded outdoor seating areas, large living room, and work office desks rooms. Movies, cooking, hikes, Beaches, and camping are the common activities.
Welcome to the Victory House, ideally situated in North Hollywood and Valley Glen, just a four-minute drive to the 170 Highway ramps. From here, it's a quick 10 to 15-minute drive into Hollywood, and Downtown North Hollywood is only an 8-minute car ride away. For those who prefer biking, it's a 20-minute ride or a one-hour walk to downtown.
Valley Glen College is conveniently located within a 7-minute car ride, and our central location provides easy access to UCLA, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Burbank, Studio City, Hollywood, and Glendale.
Parking is excellent along Goodland Avenue, and there's ample space in the neighborhood as well as a large, mostly vacant parking garage just one block from the house.
Within walking distance, you'll find a Regal Cinema and a Vallereta Grocery store, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, dentists, gyms (including three LA Fitness locations within a three-mile radius), and other businesses.
Public transportation is convenient with a bus stop at the end of our block, offering quick access to UCLA and other destinations. The neighborhood features wide roads and is separated from the main Victory Blvd by a two-lane road and a nature preservation medium.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the hiking and biking trail along the L.A. River, just two blocks from the house. The area is diverse, with Armenian, Latino, Indian, Muslim, African, Asian, Jewish, and Caucasian families all contributing to its vibrant cultural tapestry—a true melting pot.
