Introducing the Victory House,. Fully remodeled in 2024, this spacious property boasts four luxurious, beautifully designed bathrooms. Every detail has been meticulously attended to, including a new kitchen, flooring, interior paint, furniture, and windows.

Spanning 4,300 square feet under A/C and heat, the house features distinct areas such as a dedicated Music Room (15x17 ft), a Theatre-TV recreational Room (15x19 ft), an office space with desk and chair, and a spacious living room with three large couches and a six-person glass dining/conference table, all sectioned off with light beige tan curtains. High ceilings, wall fans, and automated keyless entry doors enhance comfort and security.

Located ideally for co-living or dorm-style residency, the property sits on a corner lot with nearby businesses. Privacy is ensured with nine-foot fences in the backyard and a fully gated front yard.

The bedrooms are exceptionally large, each comparable to a master bedroom according to current tenants. They feature private, lockable wardrobes with ample storage for up to three large suitcases and four shelves for personal items from laptops to toiletries.

Additional amenities include designated fridge space for four individuals with individual dry food cubbies, an indoor laundry room, and a prime location in the heart of Los Angeles's San Fernando Valley.

Our typical vetted residents are College aged students, Artists such as musicians, actors, writers, production assistants, digital nomads, professionals , entrepreneurs, and everyone looking to share experience and a built in community. Your new home comes with new friends. You do not have to look for your own roommate.

Live in Resident Manager, 2 per house and the owner acts as the Property and community manager.

John is the Resident Manager of the Victory House. He is a UCLA Film Productions and Writer Student who has lived in my Dorm room housing for over a year.

My name is Geoffrey. I am the owner and property manager of the Bohemian's Oasis Lodge.

Community events happen organically via current housemates and the money saved on rent, utilities, cleaning and amenity's offered with the low monthly rent costs.

Housemates find community here in the music studio room, Theatre-recreational Garage room, dance mirror back yard, Shaded outdoor seating areas, large living room and work office desks rooms. Movies, cooking, hikes, Beaches, camping are the common activities.

Welcome to the Victory House, ideally situated in North Hollywood and Valley Glen, just a four-minute drive to the 170 Highway ramps. From here, it's a quick 10 to 15-minute drive into Hollywood, and Downtown North Hollywood is only an 8-minute car ride away. For those who prefer biking, it's a 20-minute ride or a one-hour walk to downtown.

Valley Glen College is conveniently located within a 7-minute car ride, and our central location provides easy access to UCLA, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Burbank, Studio City, Hollywood, and Glendale.

Parking is excellent along Goodland Avenue, and there's ample space in the neighborhood as well as a large, mostly vacant parking garage just one block from the house.

Within walking distance, you'll find a Regal Cinema and a Vallereta Grocery store, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, dentists, gyms (including three LA Fitness locations within a three-mile radius), and other businesses.

Public transportation is convenient with a bus stop at the end of our block, offering quick access to UCLA and other destinations. The neighborhood features wide roads and is separated from the main Victory Blvd by a two-lane road and a nature preservation medium.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the hiking and biking trail along the L.A. River, just two blocks from the house. The area is diverse, with Armenian, Latino, Indian, Muslim, African, Asian, Jewish, and Caucasian families all contributing to its vibrant cultural tapestry—a true melting pot.

Bring your own twin bed sheets.
Provide a sealable laundry bag to keep your belongings pest-free.
Ensure all luggage is pest-free upon arrival.
Coordinate your arrival date with the Resident Manager.
Label your name on your bed, wardrobe, fridge, and dry food cubby.
Arrival times are between 10 am to 10 pm.
No furniture or TVs allowed upon moving in; inquire about folding desks and chairs if needed as the house is fully furnished.
Practice good hygiene, including using foot lotions and powders for feet/shoes and showering daily.
Wash drying and bath towels every 1 to 2 weeks and bed sheets every 2 to 3 weeks.
Pets are not allowed.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You will have privacy in your bunk bed if you put a curtain up.

No. Not at all.

No. Price is per person. It includes a lot. You are already saving 300 to 800 per month on rental and living expenses compared to a regular private, unfurnished bedroom in Los Angeles.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?

By law we have 21 business days to return your deposit, but the benfits of shared dorm room leasing is I usually return the deposit in 1 to 2 days because I am only looking if the mattress, wardrobe, pantry and fridge space are cleared.

People only lose deposit or portions if they cause damage to the property.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
