With over 110m2 of common space (excluding the basement and lower ground floor) this is a super comfortable house for residents to share. The following amenities and services are included:

Our residents are international professionals who work mostly for European institutions or associated companies/organizations. The age range is 25-40, all have traveled and lived in various countries. As this is a working group most people are up and out the door by 9 and it is quiet by 10 pm in the evenings. However, there is a lot of social events on weekends.
This is a hip, urban neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants and cafés with big terraces. There is a huge market on Sundays which people from all over Brussels attend. Public transportation is at the end of the street (Metro Hotel des Monnaies)
