Built in 1920 as the residence of a family dedicated to horse trading, our house represents one of the few and best examples of modernist architecture in the municipality of Cullera. In 2024, the house was reborn as a coliving space that honors its historical legacy while offering all the comforts modern professionals need. A team of heritage experts meticulously worked to recover and maintain the original elements while adapting the spaces to current needs. The house retains the classical architecture of the era: carriage entrance, patio, and corral. Our passion and desire are to share the way of life of small towns. Located in the old town of Cullera, the house is an oasis of peace within its walls, with its Moorish patio where you can enjoy tea or relax in the corral, which has been converted into a pleasant space with views of the Mediterranean garden. We blend historical elements with contemporary design to create environments that inspire creativity and foster collaboration. Every corner of Casa de 1900 has been carefully restored and adapted, offering workspaces equipped with high-speed internet, relaxation zones, and common areas that invite spontaneous interaction. The garden and the outdoor living place offer a quiet place for relaxing and breathing. You can enjoy three different spaces for relaxing, working, or socializing, all of them in the house: the Patio Nazarí, the garden, or the living room.

Just 3 minutes from the local market and the lively heart of town, where you’ll find everything you need—pharmacies, banks, hair salons, and all kinds of little shops. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants, and takeaway spots just a short stroll away.
The center of Cullera is where most of the local festivities take place—it’s full of life and atmosphere all year round.
The beach is only 800 meters away, and you’ve got the mountain, the castle, the river, and lovely walking areas nearby. The area is a residential one, vibrant during the morning but quiet at night. Cullera has 14 km of sandy beaches and temperate weather in winter. Valencia enjoys around 300 days of sunshine a year—almost every day feels like summer!
The town is very well connected with the city of Valencia by train and bus and has a very good road that will bring you to the center in about 35 minutes. So you can spend the day in the vibrant city of Valencia but come back to rest in our quiet town. You cannot miss the main festivals in Cullera and the UNESCO cultural heritage: Las Fallas. in March a big part of the inhabitants enjoy this colorful and lively celebration where everyone gets involved.
There are also several traditional and religious festivals throughout the year, often accompanied by concerts and all kinds of music events. But what really deserves a special mention is the Mediterranean cuisine you can enjoy here—real, home-cooked food made with love is waiting for you.
