- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Yes, you can definitely share a room with your partner or a friend! Just keep in mind there’s a small additional fee for a second person, and the room is equipped with one full bed. We hope you both enjoy your stay with us!

Yes! We've set up a shared workspace on the upper floor, equipped with desks and good lighting. Some residents also like to work from the patio or use the large dining table depending on their mood or the weather.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

To move in, you'll need to provide the following: a valid photo ID (like a passport), proof of income from the last month, a one-month security deposit (refunded approximately 30 days after move-out), first month’s rent payment on your move-in date, one personal reference (in case of emergency), and a short application video (you’ll receive a link after applying). This process is simple and designed to ensure a safe, smooth start to your stay with us.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
