Hipódromo Condesa

The Condesa neighborhood is one of the trendiest areas in the city and is considered by many to be the heart of bohemian life in Mexico City. Originally a hacienda with a large racetrack, it has now become the ideal place to try all kinds of food from renowned chefs, enjoy its nightlife, or simply stroll through its tree-lined streets.

Casa Amatlán is perfectly located for those who enjoy living in central areas. Just 10 minutes away, you will find Parque México and Parque España. If you enjoy biking, you can reach the BBVA Tower on Avenida Reforma in 10 minutes, where you can also find the first section of Bosque de Chapultepec and, nearby, the National Auditorium.
