Our complex offers studios and apartments fully furnished for daily and monthly rentals, perfect for visitors and digital nomads.

Our space includes:
- A Coworking Space (paid separately 110 euro per person per month) with a fireplace inside. The most social room in the whole hub. Everyone passes through and looks in the Coworking to say hi if someone is working there. It is not only a Working Space. It is a friendly place where people meet for work for coffee. We have a place for Skype Calls and Podcasts.
- The Mehana/ Pub is the place for dining, eating, and having events with food.
- Games Room where we gather after work, play table tennis, games room, movie night room, eat chips, chill with a beer.
- Spa (paid separately)
- Pool (summer only)

- Studio has a fully furnished kitchen box, a TV, a bed sofa, or a double bed, a bathroom, and a balcony with a stunning view. Great for one or two people.

The neighborhood is at the end of the city and close to nature, but you can easily get to the center of town by walking for less than 10-15 min. You are also within walking distance of the Gondola for Ski. Food and all other stuff can be ordered from restaurants nearby.
