Our Coliving has 6 apartments, each with 6 rooms. These are private rooms with their own key within shared apartments. Common areas (kitchen, living room, terrace and bathrooms) are shared and in turn each of you have your own storage space both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Each apartment has 2 bathrooms (one double and one single), therefore there are 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 sinks.
We have 6 types of rooms (D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 and D6) and the prices vary according to the size and characteristics of each one.
We try to ensure that the tenants have the maximum possible affinity by distributing the apartments according to the profile of each one (students or professionals) and according to the age of the tenants. When formalizing the reservation there is a section in which you can put your preferences regarding the tenants with whom you are going to live (girls, boys, mixed, international students, national students, etc...) and we always try to distribute them according to their preferences in the extent possible.
The price of the room includes WIFI, weekly cleaning of common areas, sheets and towels, and consumption expenses (water and electricity) up to 40 euros per person per month.

About Universidad
We are located in the heart of the university area Zaragoza, just a minute from the tram stop and the Plaza San Francisco Campus. 10 minutes walk from the center and is very well connected with the rest of the faculty. In Zaragoza, there is a wide variety of leisure options. There are plenty of tapas bars and terraces, which are especially concentrated in various settings within the Old Town, downtown area, and the University. Popular establishments and restaurants coexist in El Tubo.
