Our house is so large and full of different spaces that you'll easily find your own quiet corner for peace and quiet.

You can even find it in our enormous garden!

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets in our house. However, you’ll often see the friendly cats wandering around our garden and the charming streets of the village!

Our house has so many spaces that, depending on the season, the time of day, the light, and your energy level, you'll want to move around until you find the perfect refuge to recharge your batteries and ideas.

In the LIVING ROOM, next to our library, you'll have the kitchen close by, plenty of peace and quiet, soft lighting, and a large work table, for example.

In the KITCHEN, besides enjoying endless herbal teas, you'll find a central island perfect for those ideas that need a bit more movement.

In our fully glazed GALLERY off the kitchen, you can keep an eye on every bird and, at the same time, feel connected to the landscape as you get to work.

In the LIVING ROOM or on its balcony, you'll find sofas and low tables, a vintage rocking chair, or a sound system so nothing can stop you from creating.

And of course, you could even meditate in the HALLWAYS.

And then we have three more spaces brimming with good fortune:

In the GARDEN you'll find plenty of chairs, shade, shelters, places to sunbathe, or cooler areas… the delightful option of choosing to work in a beautiful hammock and even round tables.

On the upper TERRACE you'll have more views of the landscape than of your notes, though perhaps that's what you need most: a cheerful breeze, restless birds passing by, and the freedom you crave.

In our CAVES you can experience ultimate immersion for your mission, zero cell service, blissful solitude, and the purest silence of being underground, fully focused.

Our house has been designed for nomadic workers, artists and creators of all disciplines, but we are open to anyone who wants to come to listen to themselves, live together with respect or embrace our philosophy of being a slower and more peaceful time.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We'll only need your personal information and a link to something about your profession. We'd also like to know if you've ever stayed in a coliving space before, and if you'd like, tell us about your reasons for wanting to come to our place.

We listen to each request personally and understand that every visitor needs flexibility. There will be no problem with check-in or check-out times being arranged differently than those listed in our policy.

You can definitely extend or shorten your stay with us. Just check our availability calendar, and if your room is free for the new dates, submit a new booking request. If your preferred room is booked, we'll help you move to another available room. Just a heads up, each room has different pricing! If you need to shorten your stay, we can accommodate that, but please note that refunds will only apply to the remaining months. We're here to help with any questions!

On your first day, you'll need to fill out your own accommodation agreement, a copy of which we'll send to your email address. This agreement outlines our terms and conditions to ensure you have a pleasant stay with us.

At our coliving space, we focus more on the sense of community rather than strict financial evaluations. We value your passion for being part of our shared experience over traditional criteria like credit scores.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

If your friends or companions would like to learn about our project and participate in it, and respect the rules of shared living, they are welcome!

If their stay is not just for a day but they would like to stay overnight with you, they will need to pay the additional costs of their accommodation, based on the daily rate stipulated in your reservation.

We are permissive regarding alcohol as long as it's for everyday celebrations, smiles, and shared moments.

Each customer will be responsible for their own use and consumption, as we believe that everyone is self-sufficient and knows how to celebrate, especially with a good wine from our region, their adventures and journeys.

Aside from your daily rent, there may be some extra fees depending on availability. However, rest assured that maintenance, cleaning services, and utilities like internet, electricity, and water are all included in what you pay.

We aim to keep everything as seamless as possible for our community!

Each of our beloved rooms has been completely renovated: we've tried to maintain their old-house feel while adding more outlets and lighting, new flooring, and plenty of white paint to brighten and illuminate them all.

In each room, you'll find minimal, functional furniture that you can move and rearrange as you please. There will be no hangings on the walls: we want each room to be a blank canvas for every guest.

Each room includes: a work desk, a bedside table, a desk lamp, a clothes rack with plenty of hangers, a chair, a wastebasket, a mirror, a quiet fan with a remote control, central heating, blinds or shutters, a 150 x 200 cm bed, pillows, all the bedding, and even a storage cube with three electrical outlets and multiple USB ports for all your gadgets.

While we don't provide meals or snacks, our kitchen is stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and spices to help you whip up your favorite dishes. Plus, there's a reverse osmosis water purifier for fresh water! You'll have the chance to create your own shopping list and enjoy cooking with fellow residents.

We ensure that all private bedrooms are taken care of with regular cleaning. While we have weekly cleaning for shared areas, we also provide cleaning products so you can easily maintain your own space. We appreciate a little care and consideration to keep our community welcoming for everyone!

Our INN is a lively and welcoming home, with everything you need to make it feel like home.

There's a washing machine downstairs, where we always have the detergent you need on hand, so all you have to do is press a button and smile.

In our garden, you'll find more than five or six long clotheslines to hang your laundry to dry, as well as a portable clothesline for those days when you need to hang it indoors.

While we don't currently offer airport transfers, we recommend flying into Madrid-Barajas Airport for the best connections. From there, you can take a high-speed train to Calatayud, just 12 km from us. If you prefer, we can assist in arranging a taxi for you once you arrive.

In all our rooms you'll find a large clothes rack for hanging your clothes and storing your luggage, as well as all the hangers you might need. We also have bedside tables, and some rooms have wardrobes and shelves.
