Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

To help us create a great community, we ask all applicants to provide some basic information about themselves, including their occupation, reason for staying, expected length of stay, and a valid government-issued ID. This helps us ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability. If you have specific travel arrangements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. Extensions are possible subject to room availability. If you need to shorten your stay, please contact us as early as possible. Any changes will be handled according to the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.

Simply agree to our online Residents Terms—no paperwork required. For long-term stays, please note that some hosts may ask you to sign an additional contract before moving in.

We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

We love it when you have guests, and we invite them to enjoy our inviting common areas. Please keep guests out of the bedrooms for everyone's comfort and avoid overnight stays. We also recommend keeping your valuables secure, as we can’t take responsibility for personal belongings.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

We suggest considering renters insurance to help protect your belongings. While your rent covers your living space, everyday expenses like food, transportation, and personal items remain your responsibility.

Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living. Feel free to personalize your room—add or remove furniture (even hang up your favorite pictures)—as long as it’s set back the way you found it when you leave.

Meals and snacks aren’t included, but you'll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes at any time. Plus, with grocery stores just around the corner, everything you need is within reach.

Yes, your private bedroom is cleaned every week—with fresh linens and towel changes—to keep it comfortable and welcoming. We kindly ask you to help maintain that cozy vibe by tidying up any extra mess.
