- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

One pet is allowed in the house for an additional cost of €50 / month.

Couples are welcome in Verde and Laranjo at an additional cost of €300 / month

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

To apply for our co-living space, you'll need to provide your personal details, employment or study information, preferred move-in date, and duration of stay. Additionally, please share why you're interested in co-living, any personal preferences, and any special requirements you may have. This information helps us ensure a great match for our community.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

Please contact us if you would like to stay for an unusual period.

We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Guests are allowed in the visiting area. For guests staying overnight, we charge for the additional costs.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week. We would expect and appreciate it if you cleaned up after yourself if you made any excessive messes.
Clean linen and towel changes are only delivered at check-in. During your stay, you can do your own laundry.

We have laundry machines available to everyone.

We do not offer this service ourselves, but you may book a taxi via Uber or Bolt.

No. We do not offer additional room cleaning on demand.

Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.

Most people are staying with us for a while. Between one and six months on average.

While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents.

Yes, all bedroom doors have locks.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll discover a variety of excellent, budget-friendly restaurants to explore.

Even though our location is good if you rent a car, it is a 10-minute drive to the closest bus station in Ericeira.

You can take a taxi to Lisbon Airport in just 40 minutes. We recommend taking a taxi via Uber or Bolt.

In nature with ocean views, but still close to the city. The property offers picturesque views of Ericeira across the valley. You can find numerous trails along the cliffs on the doorstep, and the surf beaches of São Julião and Foz do Lizandro are only a 10-minute walk, making hikes, trail running, and sunset surfs your daily outdoor routine.

With a 40-minute drive from Lisbon and its airport, it offers convenient access to the big city.
