Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

- If you let us know more than 30 days in advance, there’s no extra charge.

- If you give us less than 30 days’ notice, we will charge you for the remaining days up to those 30 days.

If you leave 10 days after informing us, we would charge you for the additional 20 days to complete the 30-day notice period.

Yes, when you arrive, you’ll sign a simple rental agreement that mainly includes your contact details and the dates of your stay. The contract clearly states that it’s a temporary lease, not a traditional long-term rental. If you’d like, we’re happy to send it to you by email in advance so you can review it before confirming your booking.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

We have an honesty bar stocked with essentials like water, juice, snacks, breakfast items, and more. Guests can help themselves to anything they need, simply noting it down on a list or app. Everything is charged at the end of the month.

We do not offer a shuttle service, mainly because it's much easier and more cost-effective to take a taxi or Uber to reach us. There is also a bus option, though it may take a bit longer.

To access your studio, you’ll first enter the building’s front door, then a second door inside the building that leads to the coliving, and finally a third door at the entrance to the coliving itself. On top of that, each studio has its own private, lockable door.
