  • We love pets, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our community. We appreciate your understanding!
  • Absolutely! If you choose one of our double studios, you are very welcome to split the rent.
  • All studios have a work desk with a desk lamp and an ergonomic chair, as well as natural light. But if you get tired of working alone, you can work or study in the co-working area, where you can use a printer whenever you want.
  • Mainly students and young professionals from different countries around the world who move to Alicante temporarily.
  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

  • We are very flexible regarding move-in and move-out times, since we want to make your stay as easy as possible in all ways. So, yes. Just let us know so that we can be ready for you.
  • We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs. Extending your stay is usually no problem, as long as we have availability.

    If you need to leave earlier than planned, here’s how it works:

    - If you let us know more than 30 days in advance, there’s no extra charge.

    - If you give us less than 30 days’ notice, we will charge you for the remaining days up to those 30 days.

    For example:
    If you leave 10 days after informing us, we would charge you for the additional 20 days to complete the 30-day notice period.
  • Yes, when you arrive, you’ll sign a simple rental agreement that mainly includes your contact details and the dates of your stay. The contract clearly states that it’s a temporary lease, not a traditional long-term rental. If you’d like, we’re happy to send it to you by email in advance so you can review it before confirming your booking.
  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

  • Absolutely! We want you to feel at home, and that means you are welcome to invite your friends over as often as you like. We do ask that everyone respects the shared living space and the other colivers.

    For overnight visits, each room is equipped with comfortable sleeping options for your guests. We allow a maximum of 7 nights per month for overnight stays, and if your guests wish to stay longer, just let us know!
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • We have an honesty bar stocked with essentials like water, juice, snacks, breakfast items, and more. Guests can help themselves to anything they need, simply noting it down on a list or app. Everything is charged at the end of the month.
  • Yes, all our rooms are fully furnished for your comfort! You'll find cozy beds, comfortable armchairs, and everything you need to feel at home.

    Plus, there's convenient storage with built-in wardrobes and under-bed storage—just pull the handle at the foot of the bed. We can't wait for you to settle in!
  • While we don't provide full meals, you can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, including free espresso at our bar. It's a great way to recharge and mingle with fellow residents!
  • Your studio will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and we will also handle the final cleaning when you check out. However, you will be responsible for keeping your studio clean during your stay.

    You’ll find all the necessary cleaning supplies in our laundry room, which you are welcome to use.

  • In our coliving, you'll find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, both available for your use at no extra charge. There is also an outdoor terrace where you can hang your clothes.

    Additionally, there's a convenient laundromat just a short walk away, in case you need larger machines or if our laundry room is occupied and you're in a hurry.
  • We do not offer a shuttle service, mainly because it's much easier and more cost-effective to take a taxi or Uber to reach us. There is also a bus option, though it may take a bit longer.

    However, if you need a pick-up or drop-off for any reason, just let us know. We’ll be happy to arrange something for you.
  • Yes, anytime. Just let us know what you have in mind and we will come up with a solution that suits you.
  • No, that won't be necessary. We’ll take care of the final cleaning. We understand that your last day can be stressful, and we want to help make your check-out process easier, without the added worry of cleaning up.

  • Yes, absolutely — your belongings are safe. The area is very peaceful and secure, and we’re located right on the main avenue of San Vicente.

    To access your studio, you’ll first enter the building’s front door, then a second door inside the building that leads to the coliving, and finally a third door at the entrance to the coliving itself. On top of that, each studio has its own private, lockable door.

    In short, your belongings will be well protected here.
