The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Guests are not allowed unless they purchase a day pass or service. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

The usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
Laundry is not included with the rent. Laundry service can be purchased separately during your stay.
Use of the ice bath, sauna, or massage service is an additional charge and not included with your rent.

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

We have laundry service available for 250 MXN per month, which allows you to have your laundry cleaned once a week.

You have access to a communal kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.

No need to worry! Our team takes care of all the cleaning before the next resident arrives, ensuring a fresh and welcoming space for everyone.

Yes. The communal areas are cleaned 6 days a week. Bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned once a week.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, we have a gated property with security cameras installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a 10 minute walk to the bus station.

You can take a taxi to Puerto Vallarta Airport in just 50-60 minutes.
