Our eColiving provides sustainable living for those seeking relaxation in a serene setting. We are nestled in lush greenery in a secure area of Sayulita.

We provide fully furnished move-in ready rooms. Our property includes 6 rooms in the main house, 3 rooms in our Ficus Tree House, and 1 room in our Majagual Tree House.

The neighborhood is tranquil and there is a small convenience store a short 2 minute walk from our property. Take a 15 minute walk to Sayulita Plaza where you can find many restaurants, bars, shopping, and beaches.

  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

    Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Policies
  • Guests are not allowed unless they purchase a day pass or service. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 10 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • The usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
    Laundry is not included with the rent. Laundry service can be purchased separately during your stay.
    Use of the ice bath, sauna, or massage service is an additional charge and not included with your rent.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  • Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.

  • Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a 10 minute walk to the bus station.
  • You can take a taxi to Puerto Vallarta Airport in just 50-60 minutes.
