The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

The usual resident is somewhere between 25 and 35 years old. However, we believe that age is just a number. In general, we look for young-spirited individuals who may also be older.

It is very uncommon that we'll have either students, interns, or professionals in entry-level jobs. We'll only make an exception if this person has proven ambition or a plan to get to the next level.

Very important: if you're just looking for a room to stay in and don't plan on interacting with others, we are not what you're looking for.

No worries, you won't be expected to constantly be doing everything with your fellow colivers. You are grown-ups and can do whatever you desire. However, we do look for people who are social and collaborative by nature.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
