From our coliving, you're only 15 minutes by metro from the city center and 25 minutes from the beach. You're also a 15-minute walk from the highest hill in Barcelona, which offers 360-degree views of the entire city. From our massive terrace, you'll also have direct views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Sagrada Familia, and Park Guell.

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

The usual resident is somewhere between 25 and 35 years old. However, we believe that age is just a number. In general, we look for young-spirited individuals who may also be older.
It is very uncommon that we'll have either students, interns, or professionals in entry-level jobs. We'll only make an exception if this person has proven ambition or a plan to get to the next level.
Very important: if you're just looking for a room to stay in and don't plan on interacting with others, we are not what you're looking for.
No worries, you won't be expected to constantly be doing everything with your fellow colivers. You are grown-ups and can do whatever you desire. However, we do look for people who are social and collaborative by nature. -
The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
