Differed from general local leasing apartment, staying with us, you are served by a number of our staff members, whose role involves the upkeep or maintenance of the co-living space. We provide professional cleaning service of the public area bi-weekly, daily garbage disposal; what’s more, basic living supplies and amenities are also provided through on a more structured weekly basis. We'll take care of those little things for you.

Sorry, because each of our beds is designated for single occupancy and provided as a single bed, it's not possible to share a bed with friends or partner and split the rental cost.

The tenant must return to Lessor's personal space completely and cleanly after moving out. Bed sets need to be washed and put back in their original places. The tenant is liable for all the costs of replacing and cleaning any stains or dirt that cannot be recovered.
