Differed from general local leasing apartment, staying with us, you are served by a number of our staff members, whose role involves the upkeep or maintenance of the co-living space. We provide professional cleaning service of the public area bi-weekly, daily garbage disposal; what’s more, basic living supplies and amenities are also provided through on a more structured weekly basis. We'll take care of those little things for you.

Are pets allowed?Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Sorry, because each of our beds is designated for single occupancy and provided as a single bed, it's not possible to share a bed with friends or partner and split the rental cost.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?The holding deposit will be transferred to the security deposit on the day we sign the contract.
If everything goes smoothly, the security deposit will be returned to you after your check-out. -
Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

What if the place is not as advertised?If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?All our tenants under our system can apply to this transfer program, as long as you let us know in advance, you can have the priority to make the transfer to other house.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.

Can I work in the communal area?You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

Do I have to clean the room when I move out?The tenant must return to Lessor's personal space completely and cleanly after moving out. Bed sets need to be washed and put back in their original places. The tenant is liable for all the costs of replacing and cleaning any stains or dirt that cannot be recovered.

Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?Yes, we have cleaning services once a week for the communal areas.
