We provide professional cleaning service of the public area bi-weekly, daily garbage disposal; what’s more, basic living supplies and amenities are also provided through on a more structured weekly basis. We'll take care of those little things for you.

Are pets allowed?Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Sorry, because each of our beds is designated for single occupancy and provided as a single bed, it's not possible to share a bed with friends or partner and split the rental cost.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?The holding deposit will be transferred to the security deposit on the day we sign the contract.
If everything goes smoothly, the security deposit will be returned to you after your check-out. - Policies

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?All our tenants under our system can apply to this transfer program, as long as you let us know in advance, you can have the priority to make the transfer to other house.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation. -
Can I work in the communal area?You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirement for the day.

Do I have to clean the room when I check out?The tenant must return to Lessor's personal space completely and cleanly after moving out. Bed sets need to be washed and put back in their original places. The tenant is liable for all the costs of replacing and cleaning any stains or dirt that cannot be recovered.

Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?Yes, we have cleaning services once a week for the communal areas.
