We have a drama free environment and also provide a game room outside of the house for fun activities. We want to maintain an environment that works for everyone, so currently, pets are not allowed at Dunbar Ave. However, a fish might be acceptable—please discuss this with us in advance. We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

It depends, you would have to make arrangements with us in advance please as to if you can have more than one person in the room renting. We have in the past allowed multiple people into one room but it has to be approved with us in advance. We want to do everything we can to make you stay enjoyable so we try to be flexible but need to take certain factors into consideration such as parking spaces and the size of the room.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. There is a desk in every room along with a computer chair and there is also a desk in the common area and a love seat to sit and work if you prefer. The wifi is very strong in the house and accessible throughout the home.

The home has a mix of professionals, travel nurses, local residents who work near the home. All residents must pass a background check in order to move into the property. Our goal is a stress free enjoyable stay for all residents who make the choice to stay in our home.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
