We have a mixed group of residents all of whom work either locally or digitally as nomads or travel nurses. We have a drama free environment and also provide a game room outside of the house for fun activities. There is a no smoking/drug policy inside of the home and every member is expected to keep their area as well as community areas free of clutter and clean.

    • Yes, you have a private room and we have many people that prefer to just stay in the room and not interact with the other guests. You have the opportunity to mingle as little or as much as you prefer.
    • We want to maintain an environment that works for everyone, so currently, pets are not allowed at Dunbar Ave. However, a fish might be acceptable—please discuss this with us in advance. We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
    • It depends, you would have to make arrangements with us in advance please as to if you can have more than one person in the room renting. We have in the past allowed multiple people into one room but it has to be approved with us in advance. We want to do everything we can to make you stay enjoyable so we try to be flexible but need to take certain factors into consideration such as parking spaces and the size of the room.
    • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. There is a desk in every room along with a computer chair and there is also a desk in the common area and a love seat to sit and work if you prefer. The wifi is very strong in the house and accessible throughout the home.
    • The home has a mix of professionals, travel nurses, local residents who work near the home. All residents must pass a background check in order to move into the property. Our goal is a stress free enjoyable stay for all residents who make the choice to stay in our home.
    • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
    • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
      - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
      - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
      - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
      - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

    • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
    • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip as well as a clean criminal history and no evictions on your record please.
    • The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
    • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
    • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
    • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
