We have a mixed group of residents all of whom work either locally or digitally as nomads or travel nurses. We have a drama free environment and also provide a game room outside of the house for fun activities. There is a no smoking/drug policy inside of the home and every member is expected to keep their area as well as community areas free of clutter and clean.

Yes, you have a private room and we have many people that prefer to just stay in the room and not interact with the other guests. You have the opportunity to mingle as little or as much as you prefer.

We want to maintain an environment that works for everyone, so currently, pets are not allowed at Dunbar Ave. However, a fish might be acceptable—please discuss this with us in advance. We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

It depends, you would have to make arrangements with us in advance please as to if you can have more than one person in the room renting. We have in the past allowed multiple people into one room but it has to be approved with us in advance. We want to do everything we can to make you stay enjoyable so we try to be flexible but need to take certain factors into consideration such as parking spaces and the size of the room.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. There is a desk in every room along with a computer chair and there is also a desk in the common area and a love seat to sit and work if you prefer. The wifi is very strong in the house and accessible throughout the home.
