Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Yes! We take pride in keeping our space clean and welcoming. For stays of 8 days or more, we provide one mid-stay cleaning, and for monthly rentals, we include one cleaning per week to ensure your comfort.

Tulum doesn’t really have a well-structured public transportation system. The best way to move around is definitely by scooter or bike — it’s the local way of life! Don’t worry, we offer scooter rentals so you can explore freely and easily.
The nearest airport is about 42 minutes away by car. We recommend taking a bus to the nearest town station, then a short taxi ride to reach our coliving community.
