Yes! Each apartment has a comfy spot to get work done, and we also have a shared coworking area surrounded by jungle. It’s the kind of place where you can focus, get inspired, and maybe bounce ideas around with another nomad over coffee.
It’s not a shared house — each person has their own private apartment. But you’ll be surrounded by travelers from all over: digital nomads, musicians, creatives… people who are here to slow down, connect, and be part of something special.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Yes! We take pride in keeping our space clean and welcoming. For stays of 8 days or more, we provide one mid-stay cleaning, and for monthly rentals, we include one cleaning per week to ensure your comfort.

Tulum doesn’t really have a well-structured public transportation system. The best way to move around is definitely by scooter or bike — it’s the local way of life! Don’t worry, we offer scooter rentals so you can explore freely and easily.
The nearest airport is about 42 minutes away by car. We recommend taking a bus to the nearest town station, then a short taxi ride to reach our coliving community.
