Here, we bring together a hostel, coliving, coworking, and a community of people who share the same lifestyle. We are located in Barra da Lagoa, one of the most beautiful areas of Florianópolis. Nature surrounds the property; there's private access to the water channel (it's kind of a "river" that links Conceição Lagoon to the ocean), which is perfect for a swim or to take one of our stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, all just a few meters from the guest rooms. The area is ideal for hiking and riding one of our bikes. We are next to several beaches, trails, and natural pools. in addition to a vibrant and diverse nightlife in the surrounding area. We do everything necessary for you to focus on being productive, meeting new people, and exploring all that Florianópolis has to offer. We offer a WeWork-style co-working space with an excellent internet connection, a printer, and a coffee machine. It's always a great atmosphere and a lot of fun. If you want to build meaningful relationships, start new ventures, and enjoy your free time in an outstanding place, you are welcome here. The following amenities and services are included:

About Barra da Lagoa

The neighborhood of Barra da Lagoa is in a privileged area, embedded between the Atlantic Ocean, Conceição lagoon, and Galheta hill, and passed by a water channel, the only link between the waters of Conceição lagoon with the salty waters of the sea. The place is also known for the Friendly spirit of the locals and artisanal fishing.

Activities are planned with the community of our two other properties.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.

We are located in a very safety area.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll discover a variety of excellent, budget-friendly restaurants to explore.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to bus stations.

You can take a taxi to Florianopolis airport and be there in just 30 minutes. There are also shuttle-buses.

We have a beautiful channel inside our land and you can use one of our kayaks or stand-up paddle on it. We are also next to several beaches, trails, and natural pools.
