Here, we bring together a hostel, coliving, coworking, and a community of people who share the same lifestyle. We are located in Barra da Lagoa, one of the most beautiful areas of Florianópolis. Nature surrounds the property; there's private access to the water channel (it's kind of a "river" that links Conceição Lagoon to the ocean), which is perfect for a swim or to take one of our stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, all just a few meters from the guest rooms. The area is ideal for hiking and riding one of our bikes. We are next to several beaches, trails, and natural pools. in addition to a vibrant and diverse nightlife in the surrounding area. We do everything necessary for you to focus on being productive, meeting new people, and exploring all that Florianópolis has to offer. We offer a WeWork-style co-working space with an excellent internet connection, a printer, and a coffee machine. It's always a great atmosphere and a lot of fun. The neighborhood of Barra da Lagoa is in a privileged area, embedded between the Atlantic Ocean, Conceição lagoon, and Galheta hill, and passed by a water channel, the only link between the waters of Conceição lagoon with the salty waters of the sea. The place is also known for the Friendly spirit of the locals and artisanal fishing.

  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

- The common areas come fully furnished.
  Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
- Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
  We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.
