Our property is a lovely and quiet home away from home, located inside a small Village-looking residence of 7 houses, with pool, gym facilities, and coworking area.
• Ideal for mid-to-long-term solo traveler and remote workers (The community is 80% digital nomads)
• Travelers who specifically want to visit the gulf of Thailand and have a base while doing so (Take short trips from Samui to the other nearby islands of the Gulf)

It is an environment that provide the conveniency of being at home away from home while staying connected with the local culture which is boasted via its nearby street food markets, night markets, temples and regular Thai festivals.
Socializing happens naturally for the people who wish for it to happen, via our activities, coworking area, little cafe or around the swimming pool. But it's also a place where privacy and space is respected, which is why room facilities are not shared. Parties are also not allowed and there is a noise policy (quiet hours from 7:00 pm until 9:00 am).
The charm of this place resides in the behavior of its residents, trying to live in harmony with others and the beautiful surroundings.

Lamai is located in the South east of the island, which boasts its best sunrise views!
We are located nearby supermarkets, local markets, restaurants, and of course, the beach (5 minute walk).
Other activities include Muay Thai training camps, fitness programs, yoga, retreat, (hidden info) ..
The jungle part of the island is also very accessible and nearby.

1) ROOM SECURITY DEPOSIT = 3,000 THB
Paid in cash on property and returned at the end after the room's inspection is complete. We also have a price chart for broken/damaged items included in your room so you don't have any surprises should there was any broken items :)
2) All Electricity charge and water are included. However, as we are trying to be sustainable and contribute to a greener Earth, the electricity is limited to 10 units per day so that the consumption per person is sustainable and reasonable. This unit number is a higher average from what we have recorded over the last 5 years.
What happens if you go over? Don't worry, we won't simply cut it! You will just pay an additional fee for the difference (the Price is 7.5 THB per unit).
There are many ways that you use electricity in a sustainable manner, including: turning off air conditioning when you leave your room, closing your windows when you've turned on the air (hidden info) . Small efforts over time usually lead to big results for our beautiful planet.
At any point in time you can ask us what is your consumption thus far and we'll be happy to give you an update :)
3) You can request housekeeping during your stay for 500 thb per cleaning, as a service. The cleaning includes a complete change of all linens and the cleaning of every rooms in the apartment. Alternatively, you can borrow some of our cleaning tools to clean and tidy up your room.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.
It is possible, provided that the dates of change are free, and that the extra early check in / late check out fee is paid.

Alcohol is tolerated if consumed inside your room/apartment.
The air conditioning consumption which is calculated by a meter. We take a cash deposit of 2,500 thb, which represent the average monthly air conditioning consumption (333 units). For example, if you have consumed 150 units of electricity during the month: 150 units x 7.5 bahts = 1,125 thb. We would subtract it from your initial deposit (2,500 thb), and return 1,175 bahts to you :). If your consumption for the month is above that, you'll need to pay the difference, just as we return the difference when it's below this number.
If there is additional room damages, the we will apply the charge on the same deposit.

No. If you have a kitchen, you can use it anytime you want to prepare your food. We also have a Cafe inside the residence that serves a variety of food. Thai food is also very cheap and most of the time, less costly than cooking your own food, unless you know how to cook cheap Thai food. If you are thinking about eating the same things you eat in your country, you will realize that it's a lot more expensive than buying from the street.

We offer laundry services on property where you just need to leave your provided laundry bag outside of your room. It will get picked up, cleaned and then returned once ready. You can settle the bill in cash right away, later or at the end of your stay.

The building has no security per se. However, the whole island is pretty safe and we rarely hear about any crimes committed. Let's just hope that it never changes.
The neighborhood has mostly retired people living a simple life and taking care of their respective garden.
There are very good local restaurants and street food nearby. As well as Western food on the beach road.
It's usually more common to move with a scooter than anything. Occasionally a public local bus comes around but you should never be in a hurry when you plan on traveling with it during the day. It's very cheap as well.
It's about 30 minutes by taxi/transport.
Going to the beautiful Lamai Beach, or Crystal Bay, cheap massages, delicious local Thai food, Fitness/Muay Thai training, hiking in the jungle, island hoping...etc.
