Our property is a lovely and quiet home away from home, located inside a small Village-looking residence of 7 houses, with pool, gym facilities, and coworking area.

• Ideal for mid-to-long-term solo traveler and remote workers (The community is 80% digital nomads)
• Travelers who specifically want to visit the gulf of Thailand and have a base while doing so (Take short trips from
Samui to the other nearby islands of the Gulf)

Step into our serene and welcoming space tailored for remote workers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and anyone aged 25 to 45 seeking tranquility and focus. Engage in a variety of retreat activities including Muay Thai, fitness, yoga, meditation, and more.

It is an environment that provide the conveniency of being at home away from home while staying connected with the local culture which is boasted via its nearby street food markets, night markets, temples and regular Thai festivals.

Socializing happens naturally for the people who wish for it to happen, via our activities, coworking area, little cafe or around the swimming pool. But it's also a place where privacy and space is respected, which is why room facilities are shared. Parties are also not allowed and there is a noise policy (quiet hours from 7:00 pm until 9:00 am).

The charm of this place resides in the behavior of its residents and trying to live in harmony with others and the beautiful surroundings.

We are located nearby supermarkets, local markets, restaurants, and of course, the beach (5 minute walk).
Other activities include Muay Thai training camps, fitness programs, yoga, retreat, (hidden info) ..

The jungle part of the island is also very accessible and nearby.

  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.

  • All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully, such as the swimming pool, coworking space and cafe.
  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • Unless specified as a "couple" apartment, or one that indicates that it can host 2 people, you cannot have someone else in a single occupancy unit
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Digital nomads, remote workers, travelers, Muay Thai camp participants, Yoga classes takers..etc
  • Booking
  • It is possible, provided that the dates of change are free, and that the extra early check in / late check out fee is paid.
  • It is possible to extend or shorten. Just make sure to come and check availability with us prior to any commitments. In the case of shortening your stay, please bear in mind that no refunds or partial refunds will be calculated and issued based on the days you will miss.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

  • Policies
  • Please note that residents are not allowed to have their own guests living on premises if the same people were not present on the day of check in. For any other extra circumstances (i.e. family visiting...etc), the management needs to be advised and approve every stay.
    Visitors are allowed until 8:00 pm, but are not allowed to use the residence's facilities like the swimming pool or the coworking space (for the coworking space, they can buy a pass). Thank you.
  • Kids are not allowed.
  • Sadly, we do not accept pets.
  • This is not possible.
  • Smoking/Vaping inside your room is not allowed.
  • Yes. We will provide you with an address that you can use for deliveries.
  • The quiet hours start at 7:00 pm until 9:00am on the next day.
  • Alcohol is tolerated if consumed inside your room/apartment.
  • Amenities
  • The air conditioning consumption which is calculated by a meter. We take a cash deposit of 2,500 thb, which represent the average monthly air conditioning consumption (333 units). For example, if you have consumed 150 units of electricity during the month: 150 units x 7.5 bahts = 1,125 thb. We would subtract it from your initial deposit (2,500 thb), and return 1,175 bahts to you :). If your consumption for the month is above that, you'll need to pay the difference, just as we return the difference when it's below this number.
    If there is additional room damages, the we will apply the charge on the same deposit.

    (2)* The check out cleaning fee is a non refundable 500 thb, to be paid upon check in at the same time as the electricity deposit.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
  • No. If you have a kitchen, you can use it anytime you want to prepare your food. We also have a Cafe inside the residence that serves a variety of food. Thai food is also very cheap and most of the time, less costly than cooking your own food, unless you know how to cook cheap Thai food. If you are thinking about eating the same things you eat in your country, you will realize that it's a lot more expensive than buying from the street.
    There are grocery stores and street food nearby for your convenience.
  • The bathrooms are cleaned if you take a cleaning package.
  • We offer laundry services on property where you just need to leave your provided laundry bag outside of your room. It will get picked up, cleaned and then returned once ready. You can settle the bill in cash right away, later or at the end of your stay.

    You also have laundromats outside.
  • You can request an airport pick up service for a flat fare of 800 THB.
  • We have 3 different cleaning packages which you can choose from.
  • Depending on your apartment, you may or may not have chosen an apartment with a kitchen. There is no communal kitchen.
  • Yes, you can.
  • You don't have to clean the room when you move out since you are required to pay a 500 THB check out cleaning fee on your day of check in, which will cover for it.

  • The building has no security per se. However, the whole island is pretty safe and we rarely hear about any crimes committed. Let's just hope that it never changes.
  • The neighborhood has mostly retired people living a simple life and taking care of their respective garden.
  • Nearby
  • There are very good local restaurants and street food nearby. As well as Western food on the beach road.
  • It's usually more common to move with a scooter than anything. Occasionally a public local bus comes around but you should never be in a hurry when you plan on traveling with it during the day. It's very cheap as well.
  • It's about 30 minutes by taxi/transport.
  • Going to the beautiful Lamai Beach, or Crystal Bay, cheap massages, delicious local Thai food, Fitness/Muay Thai training, hiking in the jungle, island hoping...etc.
