All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Yes, we do allow couples and friends to stay in our larger rooms, with a maximum of 2 people in a room, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Please note that additional charges may apply - we cover utilities up to RM 50 per month for 2-person rooms and RM 100 per month for 4-person rooms. Based on our experience, usage typically stays within these limits. However, if the monthly utilities fee exceeds the cap amount, residents are required to pay the difference.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

You can extend your stay by contacting coliving.com. However, please note that during the first month, we do not allow shortening the duration of your stay.

No, we do not accept co-signers.

We do not collect Security Deposit.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.

Room Cleaning is carried out on weekly basis - toilets, tables, chairs and kitchenette of the room. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

We DO NOT have laundry machines available to everyone. You may send to the dobi nearby.

Yes. We offer additional room cleaning on demand. Please note additional charge be applied.

You have access to a pantry that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food (light). We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.

We welcome people from everywhere, but mostly have people from US, Europe, Japan and Taiwan.

Most people are staying with us for a month or more.

Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms.

Yes, you are provided with a room key and card access for entries and exits. Residents are required to keep these with them at all times. Please note that there is a penalty charge if the room key or/and card access is lost.

We provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are installed.

Our co-living home is located in a safe neighborhood where you can comfortably walk by yourself in the evening. However, we still advise our residents to remain aware of their surroundings at all times.

With just a few minute's walk, you have a selection of good eateries.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to tour around the Heritage Area.

Based on Google Maps, it takes 34 minutes (23.4km)to travel from Penang Airport to the premises during non-peak hours.

Yes, you are free to use the hot desks of the co-working spaces. Private offices are leased to startups and companies.

Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking space. Residents are advised to park in the public parking space by the State Government of Penang and is required to pay for hourly parking except on Public Holidays & Sundays.

Pets are not allowed in the premises.

No open-fire cooking is allowed in the premise. Induction cooker, toaster & microwave is permitted.
