Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Yes, we do allow couples and friends to stay in our larger rooms, with a maximum of 2 people in a room, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please note that additional charges may apply - we cover utilities up to RM 50 per month for 2-person rooms and RM 100 per month for 4-person rooms. Based on our experience, usage typically stays within these limits. However, if the monthly utilities fee exceeds the cap amount, residents are required to pay the difference. -

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
